Ordering;
- please use distribution@zwartgoud.org for orders
- minimal order is 2 COPIES on each title (available records can be reserved for 1 week maximum).
- no return policy.
- our website www.zwartgoud.org is no reference for what we have available in our distribution, you can check all our exclusive labels/ releases here: https://www.zwartgoud.org/distribution/labels/
- all defective merchandise must be reported to Zwart Goud Distribution within 48 hours upon receipt.
- please send us your order to distribution@zwartgoud.org in the following way only:

Back-order policy:
- Please let us know and reserve your exact amount of pre-orders before announcing or offering them on your website or shops.
- Cancel backorders if you no longer need them, please only send us the adjusted title(s) and not the complete backorder.
- Don't forget to send us your pre-orders (to secure your qty) and restocks in time so we can re-order/repress them for you asap!

Invoice & Shipping:
After you send us the order we will send you an Order Quotation (this is NOT an invoice), once you confirm the qty (shelflist & back/preorder) you can let us know if you want to ship or hold the order untill further notice. If you have confirmed the shipping you will receive an invoice with shipping-cost &paypal fee (if applicable), only after we receive the Bank Proof / Paypal payment confirmation we will ship your box via DHL or UPS.
