Our Services

- ZGD contracts everything - written or via email negotiations.
- ZGD has it’s own physical & online record store, therefore the distro labels / titles are our first priority in sales & promotion!
- ZGD has fair shipping / business deals with UPS & DHL - secured & fast.
- ZGD currently has +/- 700 record store worldwide in the mailing database and still expanding the network.
- ZGD mails daily and weekly for the current & upcoming stock.

Finance:

- ZGD doesn’t finance labels, labels should take care of their budget themselves.
- ZGD approximately calculates distribution commission after the agreed buy in price from you - the label.
- ZGD doesn’t pay money upfront to labels for any stocking, just like you don’t have to pay any rent for the allocation of your records.
The records are shipped to our warehouse (on label’s cost) on consignment basis and we start selling and shipping from ZGD headquarters
You get your share every quarter after making a financial balance per release.
If the balance is positive per release, we pay out above a certain threshold . If it’s below that amount, your share will be carried to the next quarter.
Payments are done within 30 days after the invoice is issued by the label.
- Before ZGD officially registers and stocks the exact quantity per release, label and ZGD need to agree on the amount of records that a record label will take to self distribute and sell i.e on label’s bandcamp, etc. Incase, label wants to take more record copies than intended or agreed from the ZGD stock, ZGD needs to get compensated for those extra taken records by invoicing the label with ZGD distro share per record. This is because this process cuts ZGD's potential to fully get distribution share in the long run.
(NOTE! This is only for exclusive deals and has 12 months term - If the records are not sold out within a year, label can take back records without costs )
- You are free to self-press your release and supply them to us. Incase you are not pressing with ZGD, ZGD charge one-off release activation cost.
- Back Stock: we can offer your older releases along w/ the new ones. We only charge a symbolic activation fee.
